Terms of Service for HeraSMM

Through your interaction with HeraSMM, you accept the following terms. HeraSMM retains the right to change these terms at any time and without previous notice, thus it is your duty to examine them often. Whether or not you have read these terms carefully, using the HeraSMM platform signifies your agreement to them.

•  Service Agreement:

Users of HeraSMM are obliged to abide with the specific terms of service of social media sites like Soundcloud, Vine, Pinterest, YouTube, and so on.

•  Rate Adjustments:

HeraSMM pricing are flexible and liable to change at any time. It is the user's obligation to be updated about current charges. These changes will still be applicable to orders that are currently in progress.

•  Delivery Estimations:

HeraSMM offers approximations for the times at which services should be delivered, however these are only estimates. We do not promise any precise period for delivery, and orders that are processed that are thought to be delayed will not be refunded.

• Service Type Modification:

In order to ensure that services are completed as planned, HeraSMM maintains the power to modify a service type when it is judged essential to fulfill an order.

•  Disclaimer:

HeraSMM disclaims all liability for any harm you or your company may suffer. This include, but is not restricted to, social media companies suspending accounts or removing content.

•  Liabilities:

HeraSMM is not liable for any actions (such as account suspension or content removal) made by YouTube, Soundcloud, Vine, Pinterest, or other social media sites.

•  Payment Methods:

Clients have access to a number of payment options, including PayPal (for clients outside of Russia) and Yandex.Money, Apple Pay, and bank cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and MIR).

•  Payment Security:

Your private information is protected as payment transactions are handled via the Unitpay system. Unitpay is a component of the Continuous Compliance Program and complies with the PCI DSS standard for handling, storing, and transferring cardholder data.

•  Accepted Credit Cards:

Credit cards VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, and MIR are accepted. Users must enter the card details—card type, card number, validity period, cardholder name (in Latin letters), and CVC2/CVV2 code—when making a credit card payment.

• 3D-Secure Service:

You will be sent to your card issuer's authentication page for extra verification if your card is associated with the 3D-Secure service.

• Confidentiality:

Unitpay is the only party that processes your payment information, providing total security. We don't get or save your private payment information at HeraSMM.
